      My artwork is not printing out at the correct size or orientation

      Make sure you've loaded in your artwork at the correct size.

      When loading in artwork, you need to make sure you choose the same paper size; A4/A3. Be sure to have the correct one selected before clicking load:

      Above you can see A3 is selected, I will now load in an A3 file.

      When the artwork is selected you can double-check that you have uploaded it at the correct size as the measurements are shown. I can see that these are the correct measurements so I can go ahead and print the transfer. 

      If the measurements were different to A3 size, then I would need to delete this file and reupload and ensure the correct size is selected.
