      SEF FlexCut X Heat Transfer Vinyl Application Instructions

      The best compromise between touch and weed-ability. Easy to cut and weed, stackable for multi-colour designs.

      Please following the recommendations below for the optimum results, we would always recommend running your own tests as heat presses may vary slightly.

      Cutting Conditions:

      • Blade - 30 to 45 degrees
      • Force  - 40 to 50 gf
      • Speed - 25 to 40

      Application Conditions: 

      Cotton 

      • Temp: 160°C
      • Time: 4 seconds
      • Pressure: Medium (4 bar)
      • Peel: Hot peel. (but can cold peel also)

      Polyester

      • Temp: 135°C
      • Time: 12 seconds
      • Pressure: Medium (4 bar)
      • Peel: Hot peel. (but can cold peel also)

      Application Process:

      • Cut your design using your cutter / plotter in mirror.

      • Weed the design to remove the excess

      • Transfer the design to your garment using the application settings above

      • Remove the liner

      • Cover with a protection sheet and press again, this is a practise of good measure to ensure longevity of the design.
