This article explains how to replace the ink pouches on the SC-F2200. A warning message will be displayed on the printer when a cartridge has approx. 20% remaining. When it is depleted the printer will not print or perform it's automated maintenance until it is replaced.

Step-by-step instructions
To replace the ink pouches follow the steps below:-
- Prior to installing shake the ink up and down at an angle of about 60 degrees 25 times in 25 seconds
- Open the ink cover on the side for the colour that you want to replace is installed
- Remove the ink tray from the printer
- Remove depleted ink pouch
- Carefully place the new ink pouch into the ink tray
- Insert the ink tray into the printer
- Close the ink cover
