 It's important that you follow the maintenance procedures as recommended to keep your printer running at optimum performance. This will help to ensure you are producing perfect prints and minimise any downtime. 

DAILY MAINTENANCE BEFORE PRINTING

• Check waste bottle and empty if required
• Print nozzle check
• Perform head clean (if required)

DAILY MAINTENANCE AFTER PRINTING

• Cleaning the media path
• Cleaning the knife carriage roller

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE 

• Remove the cartridges and agitate the ink pouches for 20 seconds

PERODIC MAINTENANCE 

• Manual cleaning of caps, wiper and around the print heads
• Adjust cutting force as required for different media
• Print and cut alignment as required for misaligned cutting
• Emptying the waste discharge bottle
• Replacing the wiper and the tray pad
• Replacing the blade
• Replacing the separating knife
