Overview of Roland MO-180 and MO-240 maintenance procedures

It's important that you follow the maintenance procedures as recommended to keep your printer running at optimum performance. This will help to ensure you are producing perfect prints and minimise any downtime.

DAILY START-UP MAINTENANCE

  • Check environmental conditions are correct
    • Temperature: 20°C - 28°C
    • Humidity: 40 -60% (no condensation)
  • White ink mixing
  • Start-up cleaning - cleaning around the print heads
  • Print a nozzle check pattern
  • Perform a head clean if any nozzles are missing

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

  • Cleaning the internal areas of the printer
  • Cleaning around the print head
  • Cleaning the print head caps
  • Cleaning the UV-LED device

 

REPLACEMENT OF CONSUMABLE PARTS

  • Disposing of discharge fluid
  • Replacing the wiper
  • Replacing the print head caps
  • Replacing the wiper cleaner
