DAILY START-UP MAINTENANCE
- Check environmental conditions are correct
- Temperature: 20°C - 28°C
- Humidity: 40 - 60% (no condensation)
- White ink mixing (if using white ink)
- Print a nozzle check pattern
- Perform a head clean if any nozzles are missing
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
- Cleaning the grit roller
- Cleaning the pinch roller
- Cleaning the platen
- Cleaning the apron
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
- Replacing the waste ink pad
- Replacing the wiper
- Replacing the print head cap top
- Replacing the wiper pad
- Replacing the wiper felt
- Replacing the blade
- Performing the print and cut adjustment
