DAILY START-UP MAINTENANCE
- Check environmental conditions are correct
- Temperature: 20°C - 28°C
- Humidity: 40 - 60% (no condensation)
- White ink mixing
- Print a nozzle check pattern
- Perform a head clean if any nozzles are missing
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
- Cleaning around the print heads using the manual cleaning tool
- Cleaning the wiper
- Cleaning the scraper
- Cleaning around the cap top
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
- Cleaning UV lamp cover
- Replacing the drain pack
- Replacing the wiper
- Replacing the print head cap top
- Replacing the wiper felt
- Replacing the deodorizer
