It's important that you follow the maintenance procedures as recommended to keep your printer running at optimum performance. This will help to ensure you are producing perfect prints and minimise any downtime.

DAILY START-UP MAINTENANCE

• Check environmental conditions are correct
  • Temperature: 20°C - 28°C
  • Humidity: 40 - 60% (no condensation)
• White ink mixing
• Print a nozzle check pattern
• Perform a head clean if any nozzles are missing

WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

• Cleaning around the print heads using the manual cleaning tool
• Cleaning the wiper
• Cleaning the scraper 
• Cleaning around the cap top

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

• Cleaning UV lamp cover
• Replacing the drain pack
• Replacing the wiper
• Replacing the print head cap top
• Replacing the wiper felt
• Replacing the deodorizer
