I am getting a magenta/cyan edge on some of my designs – what is this?

If you’re getting some misalignment it may be because the printer isn’t on a level surface, the toners are sitting incorrectly – simply take the toner and drums out and re-insert.

If this still isn’t working to realign click Menu on your printer LED screen, then Print Settings, Registration, Adjust and then repeat until registered.
