[Troubleshooting](https://help.amayauk.com/melco?hsLang=en#troubleshooting) # Melco OS Installation Guide ## This guide will help you install the Melco OS v11 software. ### Recommended Versions Below are the recommended software versions by machine type. - Amaya Non XT (Red & White): Serial 320001 - 324999: v4 – v9 - Amaya XT Machine: Serial 325000 – 349999: v7 – v10 - Amaya XTS Machine: Serial 328190 - 3599999: v9 – v10 - Melco EMT16 & EMT16+: Serial 400000 - 403291: v11.09.099 – Latest - EMT16X (Old CC Motor): Serial 410000 - 413841: v11.12.138 – Latest - EMT16X (New CC Motor): Serial 413842 & Up: v11.17.166 – Latest **Note:** Wherever possible use the version already installed, to reduce the need for recalibration.
