My machine is not trimming. How can I fix this?

a. Check the design for tie in and tie off stitches

b. Make sure the bobbin tension is set correctly

c. Check the retaining finger is set correctly

d. Change the trimming knife

e. Check that the trimmers are setup correctly (Contact a Technician if unsure)
