I have a fault with my with my heatpress what do I do?

IMPORTANT – Please keep the packaging that the heat press is delivered to you in.

 In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your heat press: 
  • Report the problem immediately by telephone on 02392 590281 and you will be directed to the correct person, or email: help@amayayuk.com
  •  where possible supporting the fault with photographic or video evidence.
  • Amaya will either help you directly or refer you to the manufacturer for support depending on the type of issue.
  • If troubleshooting over the phone and you changing a replacement part does not fix the problem, then it will be necessary for you to return your heat press. 
  • Please note that all returns are dealt with on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances.
  • Standard warranties exclude any claim which is due to general wear and tear, or failure to properly maintain or adequately protect the press.
  • Claims for accidental or deliberate damage are also excluded.
  • All heat press warranties are a “Return to base” warranty. This means the heat press needs to be shipped at your cost to a designated UK address. 
  • The original carton and packaging MUST be retained by the purchaser and MUST be used for all return to base warranties. Failure to do so will invalidate the return to base warranty and will incur an additional cost as the carrier will not collect or deliver the press without the correct carton and packaging because of the risk of damage to the press during transit.
  • If the original carton and packaging is not kept, then the purchaser will be required to deliver and collect the press in person to avoid risk of damage to the press.
  • A replacement carton and packaging MAY be available at an additional cost.
