How to request shipping of my user replaceable print head
You can easily order the correct replacement parts for your printer. If you are using a printer that allows you to replace the parts yourself
- Login to Epson Cloud Solution PORT
- Select My Devices on the home screen
- Click the Printers tab
- Click Details on the row of the printer for which you want to request shipping replacement parts
- Click the Device information tab
- Click Spare Part Request
- The Spare Part Request screen is displayed.
- The Spare Part Request button is not displayed for printers that do not allow customers to replace parts themselves. The status of the previous request is displayed below the button.
- Enter the required items, and then click OK
- Click Register on the confirmation screen
- This completes the procedure.
