Download the Firmware update file from the link below
Once this has been downloaded locate the file that has been downloaded and double-click on it to run the firmware updater.
A screen will appear like the one below
Click Next to move onto the next step
Select I Agree and then click Next
Read the next screen closely and follow ALL instructions, then click Next
Make sure the correct printer is selected and that the Firmware to be installed is MI07Q7 Click Start
Once you have clicked Start you will get a pop-up window asking if you would like to proceed with the update select Yes
The Firmware update will complete, once it has Click Finish
You can now close the updater and your firmware should be updated.
