BY-20 - Performing a Nozzle Drop-out Test

How to perform a nozzle drop-out test. A step-by-step guide that will help you print a nozzle drop-out test with ease.

Procedure:

  1. Click [Output] under [Nozzle Drop-out Test]. The machine will print a test pattern
  2. Check for dot drop-out or dot displacement
  3. If dot drop-out or dot displacement is present, perform normal cleaning
  4. Click [Execute] next to [Normal Cleaning]. The machine will perform a cleaning cycle
  5. After Cleaning has been performed click [Output] under [Nozzle Drop-out Test] again. The machine will print a test pattern. If there is no dot drop-out or dot displacement, the nozzle drop-out test is complete
